Messages of condolence It is with great sadness that I must inform you that our dear friend Michael Kamen passed away on 18th November 2003. His passing leaves an irreplaceable void with those who loved him and worked with him. He leaves behind his wife Sandra and two daughters Sasha and Zoë who he dedicated his music to.
